We would like to take some time to welcome you to Heavenly Greetings and explain a little about our site. Then you can decide if this is the right place for you to advertise.
Heavenly Greetings had a humble beginning. Our founder is a woman who loved art and became fascinated with HTML. Her colleagues and mentors coerced her to start developing her talents in both. Then one mentor suggested she start an e-card site. She thought this was a good idea and immediately began to develop the concept. This took place in November of 2001, and Heavenly Greetings was born.
Since that time, the site has undergone several transformations including complete new looks and updates. We have added many new e-cards and a new way to send them. We are committed to keeping our e-cards free for all to send and receive. This, of course, poses a problem. You need money to keep a website going. So, we have decided to sell a little piece of our website to other websites that need to advertise but have very small budgets.
We will be offering two types of ads for you to choose from. The first and least expensive will be a spot in a 468 x 60 banner rotation. And the second is a 150 x 300 half tower banner. If you choose the latter, the space given you will not be shared as in the first option, and it will be displayed in the right hand column of our site pages.
There is a rotating 468 x 60 banner at the bottom of each of the site pages. A spot on this banner can be yours for very little money each month. It costs mere pennies a day for a position.
Although our 150 x 300 banner position will cost you a little more each month, it is well worth it for the money. You won't have to share banner space with other sites. It will be "above the fold" on all site pages not including our cards pages.
Our site is 5 years old and is listed in the search engines. These search engines come through our site multiple times each month, so you are sure to get your site spidered through our link, not to mention the traffic that you could receive from us directly.

About Our Traffic
|
As mentioned above, we are not a mega huge e-card site. But, that doesn't mean we don't have traffic. Our site is well established with traffic from all over the world. Also, we recently branched out into free online games. People who like our original ecards and free games come back time after time.
Since greetings are cards sent for special occasions and holidays, of course our traffic will fluctuate throughout the year. We have found that our busiest traffic time is during the months of December, January, and February. Usually our traffic will double during these months. Then, during the summer when there are no big holidays and most people are doing whatever it is they enjoy doing outside, our traffic drops. But, even during our slowest traffic times, we still average between 5000 to 7000 hits a month. So you can be assured that your investment is not wasted on some unknown site with no traffic. |
